Who does what

The right people, named on both sides

The clearest predictor of a fast, smooth onboarding is having the right people named and available, on your side and ours. Here is who does what.

The one to get right

Your Project Lead matters more than anything else

If there is a single thing that decides whether onboarding is fast or slow, it is this role. One person, with the authority to make decisions and the time to stay close to it. Nominate them before your Discovery session, and protect two to four hours a week of their time while onboarding is active.

Who does what, end to end

We own the build and the heavy lifting. You own your data, your decisions, and bringing your team along. Filter the table to see your side, ours, or where we work together.
