How it works

Four stages, each with a clear output

Onboarding is structured so you always know where you are, what is next, and what good looks like. Select a stage to see what happens inside it.

Stage 1 · Days 1 to 10

Discovery

We start by understanding your business and agreeing what a successful onboarding looks like. This stage sets the direction for everything that follows, so the build is right first time.

Output: a signed-off project plan
  • Define your success criteria together
  • Confirm scope and how the system will be configured
  • Agree the plan for your data and any integrations
  • Kick off the project plan with dates and owners
Stage 2 · Days 10 to 45

Configure and import

We build the system around the way you work and bring your data in, starting with live work in progress. Training is delivered in phases so people learn what they need, when they need it. This is where your first value moment lands.

Output: your first live jobs raised
  • System configured to your workflows
  • Work in progress imported first, so jobs can start
  • Training delivered in phases to the right people
  • Your team raising and managing live jobs
Stage 3 · Days 45 to 90

Go-live

The full switch. Historical data comes in, we run a readiness review together, and once it is signed off you go live across the business. Your Customer Success Manager picks up the relationship from here.

Output: full operational go-live
  • Full operational go-live across the team
  • Historical data imported and checked
  • Readiness review run jointly and signed off
  • Handover to your Customer Success Manager
Stage 4 · Day 90 and beyond

Optimise

Going live is the start, not the finish. Your Customer Success Manager tracks how the system is being used and the return you are getting, and helps you grow into more of the platform as you are ready.

Output: adoption and return, tracked
  • Customer Success Manager tracks adoption and return
  • Advanced configuration as your needs grow
  • Ongoing support for new sites, teams and features
Timeline

Most customers reach full go-live within 90 to 120 working days. Projects move faster when data is ready and the right people are available. If a timeline ever needs to shift, we will tell you in writing and explain why.

Your onboarding options

Pick the level of support that fits
