Your part

A little prep is the difference between fast and slow

We lead the build. The few things we need from you are small, but they are what keep onboarding moving. Here is exactly what they are, how ready you are, and a short list to work through before Discovery.

What we ask of you

Five things, and why each one matters

Onboarding delays are almost always caused by data not being ready or key people being unavailable. Being clear about this upfront means we can plan around it together.

👤

Nominate a Project Lead

One person with the authority to make decisions, named before your Discovery session.

Two to four hours a week

From your Project Lead while onboarding is active, mostly in short, regular sessions.

📊

Data delivered on schedule

We provide the templates. You complete and review them within the dates we agree.

🎓

Attend the training

Sessions that are missed have to be rescheduled, and that can push go-live back.

Approve decisions promptly

Configuration choices and data sign-offs held longer than five business days are noted as customer-held delays.

💡

Treat it as a change, not just a tool

Teams that explain the why internally and involve people early see faster adoption and better results.

The one step that starts everything

Nominate your Project Lead

This is the single most useful thing you can do before onboarding begins. One name, with the authority to make decisions and the time to stay close to it. Tell your Joblogic contact who it is, and we will build the plan around them.
